A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 17:00 on December 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu 194 (Seoul Seocho-gu New Distribution) stating that “The Defendant would give KRW 300,000,000 to the Gag, Daegu-gu (Seoul-gu) and would not pay KRW 266,140,00,000 to the Dog-si, despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the taxi fee by taking advantage of the Dog-type taxi operated by the victim C; and (b) did not pay KRW 26,00,000 to the Dog-gu, the Defendant did not pay the Dog-type 1

On July 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 20:30 on July 20, 2017, the Defendant entered the “I” in the Daegu-gu Office Officetel, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, U.S.; (b) as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the taxi charges, he would normally pay the taxi charges; (c) as he did not have the intention or ability to pay the taxi charges, he/she would normally have been boarding a G taxi operated by the victim F, via the “I” in the Seocheon-gu, Daegu-gu.

As above, the defendant deceivings the victim and thereby acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to 367,200 won of the taxi fee from the victim.

On February 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 16:47 Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Dong-dong, Daegu-gu, 149, the Defendant: (b) on the front of the Dong-gu, Daegu-dong dong-dong, Daegu-dong 2018, requested the victim J to take a taxi and act as if he were to pay a taxi fee, and (c) to the Daegu Dong-dong dong 209, located on the 209-dong dong-dong dong-dong, Daegu-dong 209.

However, the defendant did not have a valid card or cash at the time, so even if the victim operates to the destination, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the taxi fee to the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, had the victim operate a taxi before the Daegu Dong Police Station, and did not pay 13,400 won of the taxi fee, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.
