Defendant
A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A’s criminal defendant is not a narcotics handler.
A. The Defendant: (a) puts up an advertisement on the sales of a penphone (i.e., one logphone; hereinafter “phiphone”); (b) puts on “H” in “Internet Meet,” which is the Internet Meet, a number of Chinese people, using the phone name “H” in “W”; and (c) came to contact from those who wish to purchase a penphone, the Defendant shows the price and quantity of the penphone at the place agreed by the F, concealed the penphone at the place; (d) the Defendant predicted the price and quantity of the penphone; and (e) intended to sell the penphone by directly receiving the penphone from F.
1) On October 2016, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 2,500 (one thousand won in Chinese currency) from I who contacted with G Messen from October 22, 2016, around 22:00; and (b) concealed approximately one gram of phiphonephone in postal service near the J market at the time of Hestitu; and (c) had I find it.
Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones in collusion with F.
2) On November 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 2,200 in Chinese currency from I on November 26, 2016; (b) and (c) concealed about one gram of opon in mail in a house near the said J market; and (d) led I to find it.

3) On January 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00 on January 26, 2017, parked on the Defendant’s car parked on the road front of the exit area No. 12 located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; (b) received KRW 400,000 from I; and (c) provided I with approximately one gram of phiphonephones.
Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones in collusion with F.
4) On February 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 400,00 from I on the non-road located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dae-dong around 14:00 on February 2, 2017; and (b) received approximately one gram of phiphone from I.
