A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

1,735,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) around January 27, 2015;

A. On January 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00, at the E’s residence of Chuncheon City D, 2:503 Dong Dong 503, and (b) 400,000 won to F along with E, and (c) 1g of psychotropic drugs, Metropia (tentatively called “copon”; hereinafter referred to as “coponon”).

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with E to sell and purchase philophones.

B. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, place, E, and F as well as the date and time set forth in the above paragraph (a), put F in a single-use injection machine with 0.1g of opon, dilution with biophones, and injected them to each of the Defendant and E.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with E and F, administered philophones.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) around February 9, 2015;

A. At around 22:00 on February 9, 2015, the Defendant, along with E, received approximately KRW 400,000,00 from E, and f, approximately one gram of phiphones.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with E to sell and purchase philophones.

B. At around 22:00 on February 9, 2015, the Defendant, at the residence of the above E, had the mind to administer phiphonephones with E and F, had F added approximately 0.1g of philophones in a single-use injection machine, added them into the arms of the Defendant and E, and injected them into each of the arms, and the F added approximately 0.5g of philophones on the straw, and f did so soon after the straw below the straw.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with E and F, administered philophones.

3. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) around February 24, 2015;

A. At around 22:00 on February 24, 2015, the Defendant, along with E, received approximately KRW 400,000 from E, and 1g of opon from F.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with E to sell and purchase philophones.

B. On February 24, 2015, the Defendant, at around 22:00, will administer philophones together with E and E in the residence of the above E.
