Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a benz car.

1. Although a person who has acquired a registered motor vehicle from a person who has filed an application for registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle with the competent authority, the Defendant did not file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the competent authority without justifiable grounds, even though he/she acquired Benz motor vehicle from C to 2.8 million won at around December 19, 2012, around 2.19,00, in front of the benz motor vehicle in the Y-dong, Busan Metropolitan City

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, around 01:10 on September 10, 2013, the Defendant operated the above vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front side of the water elementary intersection located in the Busan metropolitan Daegu Metropolitan City, with the Olympic intersection from the original IC bank.
