Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who takes over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act, shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the competent authorities;

Nevertheless, on August 3, 2015, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said car without justifiable grounds, even though he/she acquired the CB car registered in the name B from a person who was in a public parking lot located in the area of the Gyeonggi-do Seoul Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as the "Seoul Metropolitan City") by purchasing the CB car in the name of 10 million won.

2. On September 11, 2015, the Defendant was driving D-Wenz automobiles without obtaining a driver’s license from the front day of the head of the Dong Dong Dong-gu 215, Sung-gu, Seo-gu, Sung-do, Sung-do, Sung-do to a citizen of the same city from the front day of the head of Dong Dong Dong-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front day of the 164-ro 164 km.

3. No owner of a motor vehicle who has violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Insurance shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the instant benz car, which was owned by the Defendant and was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph 2.

4. The Defendant was required to produce a driver’s license certificate from the E Assistant F of the Gyeonggi-nam Police Station E District, which was conducting a serious inspection while driving the benz car at the time and place specified in paragraph 2.

Accordingly, the defendant presented G's driver's license under the name of the defendant in the Gyeonggi-do Commissioner General of the Korean National Police Agency, which was held by the defendant, as if he was the driver's license of the defendant.
