Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Where a person has purchased a registered automobile, he/she shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the competent authority within fifteen days from the date of purchase;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on February 8, 2016, purchased Cenz automobiles registered in the name of "(ju) city and power resource" from a person under whose name the Defendant purchased them in KRW 6,000,000 from the person under whose name the Defendant had not applied for the registration of transfer to the competent authority within 15 days from the date of purchase.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall operate any automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, around 10:20 on March 12, 2016, the Defendant operated a passenger car as set forth in the preceding paragraph, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, from the 34 Do Do Do Do Do Do-ro 34 times in Gwangju-si.

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 334(1) or more of the Criminal Procedure Act.
