A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) issued cash 300,000 won to the seller of the hemp plant; and (b) purchased and sold the hemp plant with a vinyl paper containing approximately 3.5 g of hemp plants, which was known through the “B” of smartphone-making printing in front of the instant club at around 23:00 on May 201.

2. Smoking of hemp plants:

A. On May 2015, the Defendant paid out approximately 0.3g of the hemp plants purchased as referred to in the above paragraph (1) at a penthouse room in Shindong-dong, Shindong-dong, which was the Government of the Gyeonggi-do (02:00) on May 1, 2015, and then posted a fire using a pipe and smoked the hemp in a way of spreading the smoke.

B. On December 2, 2015, the Defendant smoked the hemp equivalent to approximately 0.3g of approximately 0.3g, in the same manner as described in paragraph (a) above, while the Defendant was on board the Defendant in the number YF YF stroke vehicle at the seat of the KO Center parking lot in Shindong-dong, Shindong-dong, the Government of the Gyeonggi-si (hereinafter referred to as the “SOG”) at around 21:0

On April 15, 2016, the Defendant smoked the hemp plant equivalent to approximately 0.3g in the same manner as described in paragraph (a) above, while the Defendant was on board 5 vehicles in the number French Center parking lot in Shindong-dong, Shindong-dong (hereinafter referred to as “Sero-dong”) at the government of the Gyeonggi-do 23:00, in the manner described in paragraph (a) above.

On April 18, 2016, the Defendant smoked the hemp plant equivalent to approximately 0.3g of approximately KRW 0.3g, in the same manner as described in paragraph (a) of the above 2, within the room of a finite-dong, Shindong-dong, Ga-dong, the Government of the Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter referred to as “Sero

3. On April 20, 2016, the Defendant possessed the hemp plant for the purpose of smoking approximately 2.3g of hemp contained in the vinyl 603, among the DNA telecom 603 located in the Government of the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do.
