A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, who has no fixed occupation.

1. Narcotics Control Act;

A. On October 2018, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 2g of hemps to D in the residence of 30,000,000,000 from the time to December 2, 2018, in the same manner as indicated in the list of offenses in the attached Table, among the three times, in total, around KRW 5g of hemps, as indicated in the list of offenses in the following manner.

B. On October 2018, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a total of two occasions, including: (a) the hemp in a pipe made of the stuffed paper with D, with the fluenman’s residence located in the above B building C; (b) the fluencing machine sold together with D; and (c) the fluencing machine was smoked on December 2018 by inserting the fluencing machine in the same manner as the early policeman.

C. Around April 2019, the Defendant, at the Internet, intended to purchase the hemp in the form of a referring to the crypted cryp, from an insane who became aware of the hemp, and purchased the hemp in a way that seeks to locate the hemp in a large amount at the same location as the cryp, with a cigarette containing a cash of KRW 400,000,000, in the vicinity of the Gangnam-gu Seoul E-school

In addition, the Defendant smoked in the manner of inserting the string of the hemp purchased, as above, in the Defendant’s residence in the Sigri-si F lending G, in a tobacco pipe, and attaching a fire thereto.

On June 27, 2019, at around 15:05, the defendant holding marijuana shall be above the other defendant's residence.

As in the same paragraph, the remaining 1.6g of the hemp plant was possessed in a way that it is kept in the inner machine.

2. Narcotics Control Act;

A. On April 28, 2019, the Defendant purchased and administered philophones (i.e., purchase and medication of philophones) from the psychotropics (H and a dialogue I) known through the Internet on April 28, 2019 (H and a dialogue I) and intended to purchase psychotropic drugs, and is equivalent to KRW 790,00.
