Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against the victim's name or poor;

A. On May 5, 2016, at around 01:06, the Defendant committed a crime in a female toilet near Dju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, who drinks with her friend, and her friend with her friend, her friend with her friend, who her friend victim her friend as a toilet, entered the victim’s side brigate, followed the victim’s cell camera, following the Defendant’s mobile phone camera operated, followed her friend, and taken the victim’s briend with her frigate.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause a sense of sexual shame by using a camera, against the victim's will.

B. On May 5, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime around 02:05 on May 5, 2016, 2016: (a) around 02:05, the Defendant was hiding the victim’s body with a female toilet of the F building in Cheongju-si; (b) the female victim, who entered the Defendant’s mobile phone camera in his name, went through the studs, and taken the studs of the victim’s body, which might cause a sense of sexual shame using the camera, against the victim’s will; (c) the Defendant tried to take the victim’s body against the victim’s will; (d) on May 5, 2016, the Defendant tried to take the victim’s body with an attempt to take the victim’s body, which might cause a sense of sexual humiliation; (e) around May 202:11, 2016, the Defendant continued to drive the victim’s mobile phone from the Defendant’s mobile phone name, and (e) took the victim’s body.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause a sense of sexual shame by using a camera, against the victim's will.

3) On May 5, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime around 02:15, in the same manner as described in paragraph (b)(2), the Defendant continued to conceal the crime in a female toilet of the said FF building around 02:15 on May 5, 2016.
