Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against the victim B;

A. On May 20, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime of May 20, 2016, around 16:37, on the following grounds: (a) reported that the victim B (n, 26 years of age) entered the victim’s toilet into a female toilet, and (b) operated the Defendant’s mobile phone camera in accordance with the victim’s side screen; and (c) taken the victim’s urine by inserting the camera below the partitions.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause a sense of sexual shame by using a camera, against the victim's will.

B. On May 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported on May 26, 2016, the victim’s body was taken against the victim’s will, in accordance with the principle of the victim’s entry into female toilets on the aforementioned D2 floor; and (b) taken the victim’s body, which may cause a sense of sexual shame using the camera in the same manner as described in the foregoing paragraph (a).

C. On June 27, 2016, the Defendant, at around 09:41, on June 27, 2016, reported that the victim entered the victim’s toilet from the above D2 floor to female toilets, and taken the victim’s body against the victim’s will using the camera in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

2. Crimes against non-victimed victims' names;

A. On April 2016, the Defendant committed the crime on the first floor of the building E at the time of the death of the date on April 2016, 2016, from the first floor of the E Research Institute building to the victim of the female victim’s name in accordance with the principle of the victim’s victim’s use as the toilet, and entered the victim’s side screen. The Defendant’s mobile phone camera operated the Defendant’s mobile phone camera and the partitions collected the camera below the partitions, and taken the victim’s screen.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause a sense of sexual shame by using a camera, against the victim's will.
