A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant taken the body of another person, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, over three times as follows, against his will, by using a camera.

1. The Defendant continued to commit the crimes as referred to in paragraph 1 at the date, time, and place under paragraph 1, and after committing the crimes as referred to in paragraph 1, the female victim was living in the male toilet, and the female victim was living in the female toilet, and the Defendant’s Samsung Gallon juth had a 6 mobile phone break, which was collected through the above, and the victim was 14 seconds of a video screen to view that the victim she was fright and melted.

3. The Defendant continued to commit the crimes as referred to in paragraph 1, at the time and place as referred to in paragraph 2, and after committing the crimes as referred to in paragraph 2, the female victim was living in a female toilet, and the female victim was living in a female toilet, and the Defendant’s Samsung Gallon juth had a 6-on telephone camera cut off through the above, and the victim was able to take a dynamic image with approximately 2 seconds, in which the victim was able to get down her mouth and her melted.
