A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 491"

1. On October 2014, the Defendant: (a) 2014, around 07:0, the Defendant boarded a subway station located in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, with the F Station located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, D; and (b) taken pictures of female victims, two female victims, whose names were less than the lower part of the H station located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, with the mobile phone camera located in the H station located in Daegu-gu, and whose names were not known.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera against their will.

2. On January 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) taken a female victim’s toilet on the second floor of the JPC room building JPC room building I located in Seogugu, Daegu; (b) taken female victim, whose name is unknown, into a female toilet; and (c) entered the female toilet with the mind that the said victim would have a melting side; and (d) went into the female toilet screen with the mind that the said victim would have a melting side; and (c) taken a chill with the cell camera using the mobile phone camera as a screen image.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on public toilets for the purpose of satisfaction of his sexual desire, and taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera against his will.

3. On January 1, 2016, the Defendant, at the same place as indicated in paragraph (2) around 14:00, deemed that a female victim, whose name is not known, entered a female toilet, and went into a female toilet with the mind that the said victim would be melting the melting side, went into the female toilet room, and intrudes upon, using a mobile phone camera, the Defendant taken the shape that the said victim sees the melting side by using the cell phone camera.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes on public toilets to satisfy his sexual desire.
