A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The seized evidence Nos. 3, 4, and 5 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Sale and purchase of a cropopopon (the inner clopon; hereinafter referred to as the “copon”);

A. On June 9, 2017, the Defendant transferred KRW 200,000 to C with a request to request for scalphones around 20:44, and purchased scalphones from C around the 10th of the same month at around the E station located in Busan East-gu, Busan, and around the 10th of the same month.

B. On June 13, 2017, the Defendant transferred KRW 200,000 to C with a request to request for scalphones around 17:31, and on the same day, purchased 0.5 grams from C in front of the F building in the Busan East-gu, Busan.

On June 21, 2017, the Defendant transferred KRW 1.60,000 to C with a request to seek a penphone at around 13:39, and on the same day, purchased a penphone by putting about 0.5g of a penphone from C before G apartment in Busan Dong-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

On June 23, 2017, the Defendant transferred KRW 1.50,000 to C with a request to request for the use of a penphone at around 14:13, and around the 24th day of the same month, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.5g of a penphone, which was concealed and entrusted to C, in the Busan Dong-gu G apartment guard room, Busan Metropolitan City.

E. On June 26, 2017, the Defendant wired KRW 200,000 to C with a request to seek a scoponon, and purchased 0.5g of copon from C’s car stopped in front of the father of the I University located in Nam-gu, Busan on the same day.

F. On July 5, 2017, the Defendant wired KRW 300,000 to C with a request to seek a philopon, and purchased 0.8g philopon from C around the K located in the J in Yangsan-si on the same day.

G. On July 10, 2017, the Defendant transferred KRW 2.50,00 to C with a request to seek a scoponon, and on the same day, approximately KRW 0.7 grams from C in front of the M station located in the Nam-gu, Busan.
