A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

600,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Mept Apoptopy (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, as follows:

1. Around April 2018, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Seoul Central Franc District B, laid down the volume of opphones above the scopphones, and opened the scopphones by using a medication device that made it possible for the Defendant to stick the bottom of the scopher to the scopher and run the scopphones in a way that the cophers go through water of a physical disease by cutting the scophers down.

2. On April 2018, the Defendant administered phiphonephones in the above manner with C at the Defendant’s house located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul (hereinafter approximately 10 days from No. 1).

3. On May 15, 2018, at around 19:32, the Defendant wired KRW 200,000 to C’s D account (E) with a request to request writingphones, and around 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased 0.3g of writingphones from C in the top page of C parked in the vicinity of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day.

4. The Defendant, at the same time and place as paragraph 3, administered philophones in the same manner as paragraph 1, together with C.

5. On May 16, 2018, the Defendant transferred KRW 200,000 to C’s D account (E) with a request to request for writingphones from around 22:02, and on the same day, the Defendant purchased opphones from C at the mutual influence in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Daedong-gu, with approximately 0.3g of opphones.

6. The Defendant, at the same time and place as paragraph 5, administered philophones in the same manner as paragraph 1, together with C.
