When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who is not a marina society shall not engage in any activity similar to a horse riding voting in connection with a racing conducted by the marina society, in granting property or financial benefits to the enemy;

Nevertheless, at around 14:30 on December 6, 2013, the Defendant, after building “C” in Sju City, installed two Internet computers at container gambling sites, connected to “D” (E), which is an Internet private horse racing site. The Defendant, while acting as a real-time intermediary in Busan and Jeju horse Park, had F, G, H, I, etc. confirm the rate of distribution with computers, and then had F, G, H, I, etc. choose the purchase price of horse tickets and deliver dividends from the red result to the above F, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant received 10,000 won from F, 30,000 won from G over two occasions, 70,000 won each time from H, and 20,000 won each time through two times, and delivered dividends to him according to the enemy result.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1, connected “D” (E), which is the Internet private horse racing site, followed the racing conducted in Busan and Jeju Horse Park on the same day, using the racing conducted by Morse Society in a way of hosting 100,000 won for the racing conducted in Busan and Jeju Horse Park on the same day.
