Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for not more than eight months.

However, as to Defendant B and C, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On December 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) connected a flue 502 Sincheon-ro website www.6P032.com using computers installed in that place; (b) 10,000 to 1,500 to 1,500,000 won with respect to the racing conducted in marina society; and (c) received, as a result, the amount of money equivalent to 10,000 to 1,50,000 won with respect to the racing conducted in marina society, from around that time to December 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received dividends in the form of cyber money which can be exchanged in cash at any time; (b) from around that time, the Defendant posted the total amount of money of KRW 27,40,000 to 30,000 from 200 to 30,000 to 30,000,000 from 20 to 30,013.

B. On December 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) leased a H office of approximately 20 square meters in Seocheon-si G and the second floor; (b) installed two computers, Nowon-gu one unit, small wave, CCTV, etc. in the above office; and (c) solicited B, C, and I to use the Internet private horse racing in line with www.6 p032.com operated by the name-based party; and (d) assisted B, C, and I by providing the above office with information, such as the payment of additional ebbs.

2. On December 27, 2013, Defendant B, at the above H office, obtained from Defendant A the ID and passwords of Internet private border line website w.vip032.com from Defendant A to the above site, and connected the racing conducted in a marina society.
