A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a marina society, shall allow another person to engage in any activity similar to a horse riding voting in connection with racing conducted by a marina society, and deliver any property or financial benefits to the enemy.

On January 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) installed one computer body and two monitors at the Defendant’s residence on the D and 3rd floor of nuclear power; (b) opened a private horse race track; (c) received KRW 500,000 from E visiting the said horse site as the purchase price for the Internet horse racing; (d) charged the amount of cyber money equivalent to the amount; and (e) had E go through a race track held in the actual horse race track by using the cyber money; and (e) had E go through the racing at the same time; and (e) in accordance with the ratio of the distribution schedule of the Korean Racing Association at the time of the horse riding; and (e) if E fails to go through horse riding, the amount equivalent to 10% of the total money is charged as cyber money or deposited into the designated account, and (e) from the time of the above passage to the designated account, and (e) from the day of the foregoing year, the amount was paid as cyber money.

6. From the time of 29.29 to the time of the sale of the horse tickets equivalent to KRW 522,082,00 in total to the buyers of the above E, etc. including the above E, on 199 occasions, and the total amount of KRW 1,020,934,00 in total as a result of each racing is equivalent to KRW 498,852,00 in total as a dividend.
