Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 6 months in the Incheon District Court for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, etc. and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 15, 2018.

1. Around November 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stolen materials, such as steel pipes, etc. totaling KRW 11,490,000,000, in total, from the date and time to April 13, 2019, the Defendant attempted to cut down the pipe owned by the Defendant, as indicated in the separate crime list (1) No. 1 to 17, as indicated in the separate crime list (1) No. 1 to No. 17, 201; (b) stolen materials, such as steel pipes, etc. totaling KRW 11,490,00,000,00 won, from the date of new construction of a vinyl house located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon; and (c) attempted to cut down the pipe owned by the Defendant, such as the 18,000 annually listed in the separate crime list (1) No. 18.

2. Around June 7, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (free license) driving of the said freight vehicle over eight times in total from the above date to November 29, 2018 without a vehicle driver’s license, including driving of the DNA freight vehicle owned by the Defendant, without a vehicle driver’s license, up to about 11 km section from the front road in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon to the front road.
