1. However, the defendant did not have the right to use the above physical card because he did not have the right to use the above physical card.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, attempted to obtain property equivalent to the market value of KRW 820,00 from the victim, but was attempted to receive the above card through the refusal of approval.

3. Fraud and the Defendant in violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act, around 10:30 on August 21, 2019, purchased the keys of “M” operated by the victim L L in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which is equivalent to the market price of KRW 254,00,00, and the yellow metal key equivalent to KRW 259,00 at the market price, and purchased them as listed in [Attachment 2019 order621] No. 4 of the crime sight table (1).
