A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A thief: (a) around 13:00 on December 29, 2014, the Defendant: (b) reported smartphones worth KRW 1,00,000 in the market price of the victim’s possession, which the victim C was put on the bicycle on the bicycle at around 10,00,000; and (c) stolen goods worth KRW 9,347,000, in total owned by six victims from the above date to March 16:45, 2015, as shown in the attached Form of Crimes List (1).
2. Fraud;
A. On February 23, 2015, the Defendant purchased 1,344,00 won in total, and 2 locks from “G” stores managed by the victim F of the victim F in the first floor of E department stores located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and issued the victim a credit card in the H’s name, which was stolen as set forth in the list of crimes (1) No. 4 of the above attached Table.
However, the above credit card was stolen as above, and the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price.
The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim as above, received from the victim a total of KRW 1,344,00 per annum 1,34,00 as shown in the annexed Table (2) of Crimes List (2), and received two locks from the victim.
B. On March 3, 2015, around 13:41, the Defendant purchased 5,430,000 won in total, and 2 locks in the L Store managed by the victim K located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, and issued the victim a credit card in the name of M, which was stolen as shown in the list of crimes (1) of the attached Form 5.
However, the above credit card was stolen as above, and the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price.
As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, is clear that the “2,32,00 won” in the “2,320,000 won” in the “2,320,000 won” in the “2,320,000 won” in the “2,320,000 won” in the “2,320,000 won” in the “2,320,000 won” in the “2,330,000 won in the market price” and received two locks.
3. The Defendant has attempted fraud.
