Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] Defendant A was sentenced to nine months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court on November 4, 201, and was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Southern District Court on January 24, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 30, 2017, after being sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the Seoul Southern District Court on May 7, 2015.
【Criminal Facts】
The Defendant (Defendant A) is a person who has been accommodated in and worked for daily work at a construction site at an open space of construction materials of the “E” construction business entity operated by the victim D in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Seoul.
At around 15:00 on April 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) used a cre in the open space of the above materials to steal approximately KRW 200,000 of the market price of the victim’s possession, which is a construction material equivalent to KRW 2,00,00,000, and (b) intended to sell the pipe to B, who is a solid business operator, to let B carry the pipe onto the truck; (c) however, in the process of loading the pipe on the truck, the Defendant attempted to steal the pipe by letting B leave the pipe on the truck; (d) however, the Defendant attempted to commit an attempted wind to be discovered by the victim.
As a result, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times with prison labor due to larceny, and again committed a larceny crime during the period of repeated crime.

1. Defendant A is a person who has been on-site daily work work at an open site of construction materials of “E” operated by the victim D in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.
The Defendant, at around 11:00 on July 4, 2018, at the night site of “E” building materials located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, the Defendant: (a) stolen 400 km pipe from the victim’s market price in an amount equivalent to KRW 480,00,00 from the victim’s possession, by carrying 40 km onto the vehicle; (b) from the above date and time to March 30, 2019; and (c) purchased building materials, such as a decline pipe worth KRW 4,280,000, totaling seven times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes (1).
