A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Purchasing the hemp plants;

A. On November 2015, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime while serving in police officers, among others, purchased 30,000 won in cash and 2g of hemps, within the vehicle parked in front of the Defendant’s residence in Gangnam-gu Seoul, and the vehicle parked in front of the Defendant’s residence in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

B. On January 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased the hemp plant 300,000 won in cash to F; and (b) purchased the hemp plant 2ggs on the front side of the Defendant’s vehicle parked on the HKap road located near the shooting distance of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment; (c) during the new wall hours.

2. Smoking of hemp plants:

A. On November 2015, the Defendant committed a crime in the middle of the 2015.11. Of November 2015, 2015, in a manner that the Defendant deducteds the tobacco plant parked on a J road located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, from the mother side of the Defendant’s operation, and smokes by inserting a smoke amount of tobacco once in the hemp ( approximately 0.5gg) within the said scope.

B. On January 2016, the Defendant, who committed the crime of early January 2016, smoked the hemp in the same place as that of the preceding paragraph at night time, and in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph at night.

On August 2016, 2016, the Defendant smoked the hemp in the same place as that set forth in the preceding paragraph, and in the same manner as that set forth in the preceding paragraph.
