A Imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, for each of the defendants B and C, shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, as to the Defendants, this is against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인 A, 피고인 B의 공동 범행( 대마 재배) 피고인 A, 피고인 B은 2014. 4. 초순경부터 2014. 7. 경까지 아산시 D에 있는 E의 집 뒷마당에서, 피고인 A는 자신이 2013. 5. 경 아산시 F 내 폐가에서 미리 채취하여 보관하고 있던 야생 대마 종자 약 20개 가량을 피고인 B에게 교부하고, 피고인 B은 위 E에게 “ 뒷마당에 뭘 좀 심겠다 ”라고 말하여 E으로부터 토지 사용 승낙을 받아 대마 재배 준비를 마친 다음, 함께 땅을 파고 위 대마 종자를 심는 방법으로 대마 약 10 주를 재배하였다.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to cultivate marijuana.

2. The Defendants’ smoking in marijuana;

A. On November 2015, 2015, Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant A smoked marijuana, respectively, in the H car of Defendant A parked in the G parking lot near 18:00 early November 2015, in the H car of ASEAN, and in the manner that, in the tobacco smoking paper, they made the hemp in a tobacco pipe form by inserting the hemp in the tobacco smoking paper and making it possible to attach a fire, and make a smoke 0.13g of the hemp, respectively.

On November 30, 2015, Defendant A, Defendant C, and Defendant C smoked marijuana around November 30, 2015, respectively, within the H car emitting vehicles of Defendant A parked in the said G parking lot on November 30, 2015, and in a way that they made tobacco pipe shape by inserting marijuana in the tobacco stuff, attaching a fire, attaching a smoke, and smokeed.

3. The Defendants’ custody of hemp seeds for the purpose of smoking and the custody of hemp seeds.
