Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. The Defendants: (a) conspired to purchase and smoke marijuana via the Internet; (b) intended to purchase the hemp plant from D that they came to know through the Internet website to purchase it in 50,000 won; and (c) transferred KRW 200,000 to an account in the name of E designated by D around July 23, 2014.

On July 24, 2014, the Defendants conspired to purchase marijuana, with approximately 3g of the hemp plant sent by D in express bus freight at the 354-1cheon-dong, New-dong, Yannam-gu, Incheon-dong, 354-1, Incheon-dong, Incheon-do.

B. From September 19, 2014 to around the 20th day of the same month, the Defendants smoke marijuana in a way that: (a) in Defendant B’s passenger car parked in the mouth center located in the Sung-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu; (b) deducted the tobacco’s inner leaves from the hemp’s place; and (c) put about 0.5gs in the hemp’s place; and (d) smokes in a way that smokes by using a fire attached to it and inhales it.

2. Defendant A (Smoking in marijuana);

A. On July 24, 2014, the Defendant deducted tobacco’s inner leaves from the Yannam University located in the Yannam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Sinan-si, in its place, and added approximately 0.5g of hemp at that place, and smoked marijuana in such a manner as to inhale smoke.

B. On August 2014, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that, within a passenger car located in the Yannam-gu, Yannam-gu, Yannam-si, the Defendant deducteds the tobacco’s inner leaves from Yannam-do, and puts about 0.5g of the hemp at that place, puts the hemp’s leaves into 0.5g at that place, and inhales the following smokes:

3. Defendant B (Smoking in marijuana);

A. On July 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) saved marijuana in the Defendant’s passenger car parked in the area near the Manan University located in the Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) deducted the Defendant’s tobacco leaves; (c) put about 0.5g of the hemp; and (d) smoked in such a way as to inhale smoke with a fire attached; and (c) inhale the smoke.

B. The Defendant, on August 2014, has been in the East-gu, Dong-gu.
