1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,120,201 as well as 20% per annum from July 15, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. From Jun. 13, 2016 to Jun. 30, 2020, the Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant and retired from office as its employee. However, the Plaintiff did not receive the total of KRW 23,300,000 (the total of wages from October 13, 2019 to June 2020), retirement allowances of KRW 10,820,201, as well as KRW 34,120,201.

B. According to Articles 36 and 37(1) of the Labor Standards Act and Article 17 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, an employer shall pay wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within 14 days after the cause for the payment occurred, and if not, he shall pay interest in arrears at the rate of 20% per annum.

C. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 34,120,201 won with 20% interest per annum from July 15, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
