1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 31,183,326 and 20% per annum from September 15, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant from October 1, 2013 to August 31, 2020, and retired from office as its employee, but the Plaintiff did not receive the total of KRW 12,029,720 (the total of wages of April 1, 2020, 5. Parts, 6. Parts, 6. Parts, 7. Parts, 8.) 19,153,606 for retirement allowances, 31,183,326.

B. According to Articles 36 and 37(1) of the Labor Standards Act, and Article 17 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, an employer shall pay wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within 14 days from the time when the cause for such payment occurred, and shall pay interest at the rate of 20% per annum unless otherwise.

Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 31,183,326 won and 20% interest per annum from September 15, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
