Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff graduated from C at B University in around 1977, and was appointed as a full-time lecturer at the above university on May 10, 1986 after acquiring a master’s degree in around 1979 at the above university, and on May 10, 1986, as D and professor until April 1, 2006.
B. On April 1, 2006, the defendant made professional terms to the plaintiff on April 1, 2006, including the following grounds for disciplinary action Nos. 1 and 2.

The term "the thesis of 2004" is referred to as "the thesis".
(B) As a result of the gene (DNA) analysis operated by stem cell lines in E hospital and the revised e hospital describe both the stem cell line acquisition using data as data, the false academic thesis was published as the first author and joint cocomer, and obtained domestic and foreign reputation, such as the establishment of stem cell lines published in the above paper as well as the receipt of the Order of G Merit from the F President based on the research business results related thereto. ② On March 17, 2005, while there were only two stem cell lines presumed to be a customized stem cell line as a result of the experiment, it was published in J on June 17, 2005.
