1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff graduated from B University C in around 1977, and obtained a master’s degree in around 1979 at the same university, and was appointed as a full-time lecturer at the same university on May 10, 1986, and was employed as D and professor until April 1, 2006.
The plaintiff is conducting research on the establishment, etc. of a stem cell line by the nuclear transplantation of a human somatic cell. ① Even if a stem cell line acquired as a result of an experiment on or around December 2003 is not a stem cell line established by the donor’s somatic-cell nuclear transplantation on or around the thesis, the plaintiff is a thesis "K" published in J on March 12, 2004 (Wvol. 169 through 1674 from among Wvol. 303).
