Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On October 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for criminal fraud at the Jeonju District Court on June 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 25, 2013.

B. A person who operated a mobile phone sales store called “C” on the first floor.
1. The purpose of uttering is to open and use a mobile phone in the name of the victim despite the fact that the defendant had not obtained consent from the victim D (ma, 92 years of age) to open and use the mobile phone in the victim’s name;
