Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a person who operated a mobile phone sales store C in Incheon Dong-gu B.

The defendant, while opening the victim D's mobile phone, has kept a certified copy of the victim's resident registration and a copy of the resident registration certificate, and without the victim's consent, prepared an application for the establishment of a mobile phone in the name of the victim, E, F, or G, who is his/her child, and raised his/her mind to open the mobile phone and use it.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On August 29, 2012, the Defendant forged private document in the name of G, without G’s consent, entered “G”, “H”, “H”, and “G” in the name column of the new contract for the service of the SK Telecom within the office located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, and the customer column, and signed “G” in the name of the new contract for the service of the SK Telecom.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged one copy of a new contract for mobile phone service in G under the name of G, a private document on rights and duties without authority for the purpose of exercising.

B. The Defendant forged a private document in the name of D around August 31, 2012, No. 1-A.

The copy of the resident registration certificate which was reproduced without D’s consent at the place specified in the port of entry, entered “D”, “J” in the name column of the new service contract for S K/1703, and “D” in the address column, and signed on “D” in the customer column.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged one copy of a new contract for mobile phone service in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations without authority for the purpose of exercising.

C. On March 14, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document in the name of E using a certified copy of the resident registration at the place specified in paragraph 1(a) of Article 1, without the consent of E, to enter “E”, “L”, “Seoul Guro M”, and “D” into the name of the new contract for the youth mobile telephone in the name of E, the resident registration number column, the address column, and the customer column.

Accordingly, the defendant is under the name of E, a private document concerning rights and duties without authority for the purpose of uttering.
