A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On December 1, 2010, the Defendant filed an application for the termination of a mobile phone, as described in paragraph 2(a), with the I agency located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and signed the application form for termination in which it was located, stating “D” and “F” in the name column by using a verification color pen, and signing it on the name side of D’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of termination application in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations.

C. On December 2, 2010, the Defendant applied for a mobile phone membership with an I agency located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H, and signed a new service contract in which it was located, stating that “D”, “F” in the name column, “F” in the resident registration number column, and “Inncheon-gu G building**” in the address column for receipt of the request, and signed on the name side of D.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

On March 28, 2011, the Defendant applied for the joining of a mobile phone from the K agency located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan CityJ, and signed a written application for joining there, stating that “D”, “F” and “Y” in the name column, “Y” and “Y*****” in the name of D using a black pen.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant forged a letter of application for subscription in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

3. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, and at the place specified in paragraph 2(a), exercised the forged new service contract as if it was duly formed, to an employee who could not know the name of the above E agency, who was aware of the forgery.
