A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against the victim B;

A. On July 9, 2018, around 01:10, at the D convenience store located in Asan City, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with two sniffings of 12,00 won in total of the market prices displayed in the outside event room of the convenience store managed by the victimized person; and (b) with the sniff beam sniffings of 2,00 won in total, at the convenience store located in Asan City.

B. The Defendant stolen the cooling surface at the time and place indicated in the preceding paragraph, as stated in the preceding paragraph, and fleded the victim with the defect of the said paragraph, and took the bath, and used the victim’s face to take the victim’s head, take the victim’s head, divide the victim’s face into the floor, take the head’s head, and assault the victim.

2. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim E, on September 14, 2018, stolen the victim’s market value equivalent to KRW 500,000,00,000, CA1110 Obaba (G) at the time of the operation of the victim’s vehicle, parked in the front of the restaurant run by the victim E, the key of which is attached to the restaurant run by the victim E, from Sep. 14, 2018.

3. On September 14, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim H, going through the victim H’s residential gate located in Asan City around 13:30 on September 14, 2018, and intrudes into the structure in which the victim is living, following the passage through the victim H’s residential gate.

Not only steals goods at the convenience point of sentencing Article 37 (former part), Article 38 (1) 2, and Article 50 of the Criminal Act that aggravated concurrent crimes, but also commits various crimes, such as theft, assault, and intrusion upon residence, which are very poor in the nature of the crime.
