Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who works as a director at a (ju) E restaurant in Jeonju-si, Jeonju-si, and manages the overall duties in the place of business, such as the indication of origin.

A person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or products processed therefrom after cooking shall not make a false indication of the place of origin (including the kinds of meat in the case of beef) or make a false indication likely to cause confusion as to such products.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 2017. 1. 20. 경부터 2017. 6. 21. 경까지 사이에 위 장소에서 ( 주) 나라 유통으로부터 구입한 국내산 육우 728.4kg, 합계 13,839,600원 상당을 이용하여 한우 육회 비빔밥 등 별지 범죄 일람표 공소장의 별지 범죄 일람표를 공 소장변경에 따라 허위 표시에서 제외된 ‘ 육회한 접시’ 메뉴와 관련한 판매액 등을 삭제하는 것으로 정정함에 기재된 것과 같이 총 8,855 인 분 , 시가 합계 108,532,000원 상당의 음식을 조리하여 불특정 다수의 손님들에게 판매하면서 식당 내부 및 외부의 전광 메뉴판, 현수막 등에 ‘ 한우 육회 비빔밥, 한우 육사 시미’, ‘ 육회 비빔 냉면( 소 고기: 국내산 한우)’, ‘ 한우 육회 비빔밥, 한우 육회 비빔 면, 갈비 한우 육회 비빔밥, 갈비 한우 육회 비빔 면’ 이라고 표시하는 등 원산지 표시를 거짓으로 하였다.
