Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who drives a Lone Star bus.

1. The Defendant: (a) was aware of the revocation of a thief driver’s license; (b) committed a theft of another person’s identification card with the knowledge of the revocation of a thief’s license; and (c) committed a theft of a driver’s license on September 2017 at C (Nam, 32 years old) with the knowledge of the fact that the thief’s license was in a state of non-license;

On December 26, 2017, the Defendant on the unlawful uttering of official document: (a) around 01:35, the Defendant: (b) presented the official document to the police officer as if he was the Defendant’s driver’s license under the name of the head of the Seoul Gangnam Police Station E-gu Seoul Police Station E-gu, Seoul; and (c) presented the official document to the Defendant, who was in possession of the Defendant.

3. Around December 26, 2017, the Defendant was aware of the revocation of a driver’s license of a motor vehicle, and thus driving the Costaex vehicle at approximately 1 km from the front road near Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City (Seoul) around December 26, 2017, with the knowledge that the driver’s license was revoked.
