Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 5, 2016, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) drafted a document that did not know the victim’s consent to the use of the victim’s name for the purpose of uttering at the “C Burial” located in the Chang-si, Chang-si; (b) around September 5, 2016, the Defendant signed the document by stating the victim’s name “D” as the victim’s name in the applicant column.

Accordingly, the Defendant respectively committed the aforesaid provisions with respect to the case mobile membership application, discount of fees, and subsidy documents to “Am-free 1 unit” in the name of the victim D.

2. The Defendant exercised the said investigation document as if it were a document duly formed by completing the forged application form, discount of fees, and subsidy documents to the person in charge of the KM mobile opening office, who was aware of the forgery at the time, at the place specified in 1. Paragraph (1).

3. On November 16, 2016, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) prepared an application form for the use of the victim’s name, which is a document without the victim’s knowledge, and written the application form for the use of the victim’s name, and written the application form and subsidy document in the applicant column with the victim’s name stated in the applicant column.

In this respect, the Defendant respectively committed the same set of the Defendant’s written application for lephone mobile subscription to “Aphone 1” in the name of the victim D, and one document of subsidies.

4. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph (3) and at the place, exercised the forged application form and subsidy document as described in paragraph (3) as if the document was duly formed.
