Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising authority, forged a copy of the land transaction contract in the G name, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
2. Exercising the relevant investigation document;
A. On May 6, 2016, the Defendant, at the point of a gold station located in Sung-nam-si Fisheries Cooperatives, exercised a forged land trading contract by delivering it to the employees in charge of the loan, who are not aware of the forgery, as if the contract was completed genuinely.

The Defendant, such as an electronic record, etc., false entry, and an electronic record of false entry, shall enter the details that the Defendant’s ownership was transferred to the real estate registration electronic data processing system on May 5, 2016, by allowing a registry official whose name is not known at the same time and at the same place as the entry in paragraph 2(b).
