A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered his/her personal information in the column of the marriage report box, which was kept there in the Namyang-si Si, Namyang-si; (b) entered his/her husband’s name in the column of “C”, “D.”, “E”, and “F, 102” in the resident registration number column; and (c) entered “E” and “E” in the resident registration number column of Seoul Special Metropolitan City and the resident registration number column of his/her domicile; and (d) carried the Defendant under his/her name.

C’s painting was stamped.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a copy of the marriage report in C’s name, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and submitted the forged marriage report to a public official in charge of name in know of the forged fact at the same place and exercised it as if the above forged marriage report was duly formed.

2. The Defendant: (a) filed a false report of forgery at a time and place prescribed in paragraph (1); (b) filed a false report as if the Defendant and C were married; (c) had the said public official record the false fact of marriage with the Defendant and C in the public records of family relationship registration information system; and (d) exercised the aforementioned system by storing and operating the information system on family relations with the Defendant, which recorded the false fact of marriage.
