Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and one year and six months for violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 28, 2015.
1.
