A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for night structure intrusion larceny in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 10, 2015.

1. On December 7, 2016, at around 07:00, the Defendant: (a) fell into the “E” of the victim’s D operation in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si; (b) cut the shock net, opened a corrected window, and intrudes into it; and (c) stolen the victim’s cash owned by the victim, which is kept in a small-scale credit cooperative for calculating the location thereof, with the 300,000 won.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On November 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened an unreshed main window and intruded into the H “H”; and (b) stolen KRW 15,000 in cash owned by the victim within the payment period for the transfer of the arm’s length to the place where the Defendant was located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, with the cash of KRW 15,00,000, located within the said payment period.

B. On December 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a corrected entrance at “K” in the operation of the Victim J in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si; (b) invaded into the shop; and (c) cut off the cash of KRW 19,000,000 owned by the victim’s bank located in the relevant location.

On December 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a main window that was not corrected later and intruded into a shop; and (b) cut off with a cash of KRW 460,000, KRW 100, USD 100, USD 100, USD 2 at the victim’s bank located at Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si.

(d)

On December 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened an inner window that was not corrected later and intruded into a place; and (b) stolen the cash amounting to KRW 170,000,000 owned by the victim at the front door in the front door.

E. On January 2, 2017, at around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) opened an unrecepted main window and intruded into the store; and (b) intruded into the victim’s market price owned by the victim, which includes the amount in cash.
