1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the captain of Bosung Military Coast Guard C(4.21 ton) and the defendant B is the lessee of C, who is engaged in fisheries.

1. Defendant A

(a) Any person who intends to carry on coastal fishing boat fishing in violation of the Fisheries Act shall obtain permission for each fishing vessel or fishing gear from the Mayor/Do governor;

1) The Defendant is the captain employed by Defendant B, who runs a coastal network fishery. Around September 16, 2017, the Defendant was engaged in a coastal network fishery by using C, which did not obtain a license for a coastal network fishery at the sea of 0.7ma in the southwestwest-west Do, 000, and around September 16, 2017. (2) The Defendant was a captain employed as above, and the Defendant was engaged in a coastal network fishery by using C, which did not obtain a license for a coastal network fishery at the sea front of the F in Yongnam-gun, Yongnam-gun, Ma on October 5, 2017.

(b) No person who violates the Act on the Arrival, Departure, etc. of Ships shall fish in a place or sea route where vessel traffic might be obstructed in the water zone, etc. of trade ports;

1) On September 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) carried a fishing gear with a line fishing gear loaded in C at the sea of 0.7 miles southwest-west (N 34.44°75 degrees north latitude; 126.20 degrees 23 seconds east longitude); (b) on October 5, 2017, the Defendant carried a line fishing gear with a line fishing gear loaded in C at the sea of 0.7 miles-west-west (N 34°44 minutes north latitude; 126.22 minutes east longitude) located in Yongnam-gun E, Seoul, a trade port, around 09:25, the Defendant carried a line fishing gear with a line fishing gear loaded in C at the sea (N 34.44 minutes North latitude; 126.22 minutes east longitude).

2. Defendant B

A. At around 15:07 on September 10, 2017, the Defendant unlawfully used G fishing vessel signboards over a total of 48 times from September 15, 2017 to October 14:27, 2017, including the removal of the board of a fishing vessel G (2.9 tons) from the steering house of the above C (2.9 tons) and attaching it to the seat of the steering house of the above C, as shown in the attached crime sight table.

B. The Defendant in violation of the Fisheries Act shall be the date, time and place specified in the above paragraph 1 (a) by the Defendant’s employee.
