A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner and captain of a coastal fishing vessel B (2.53 tons) at the time of military origin, and the person who leases a fishing vessel B (1.51 tons) at the time of military origin and engages in fisheries.

1. At around 05:00 on April 11, 2020, the Defendant: (a) voluntarily removed the signboard of a fishing vessel listed in the "C", the name of the fishing vessel, the name of the fishing industry (1.51 ton) from the leased coastal line B (1.51 to the front left side of the steering boat of the coastal line B (2.53 ton) fishing vessel (2.53 tons) with no permission for coastal line fishing; (b) a coastal line B (2) fishing vessel with no permission for coastal line fishing; and (c) a coastal line B (2) fishing vessel (2.53 tons) with no permission for coastal line fishing.

In this respect, the defendant used the sign board of air write for the purpose of exercising the right.

From around 05:00 on April 11, 2020 to 10:50 on the same day, the Defendant used the board of a fishing vessel B (1.51 ton) for navigation and operation of a coastal network B (2.53 tons) for a coastal fishing vessel, such as a fishing vessel B (2.53 tons) at a coastal network B (2.53 tons) with a sign attached to a coastal network B (2.53 tons) and operating at a coastal port near a military port where a military mountain port is south coast.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.

3. Any person who intends to conduct the coastal fishery business shall obtain permission from the competent authority for each fishing vessel or fishing gear.

Nevertheless, on April 11, 2020, at around 05:08, the Defendant went through a coastal sea-based fishing vessel B (2.53 tons) with no permission for coastal traffic, as departing from the non-opic port in the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, and on 10:50 on the same day, captured approximately 10 km with two km of the coastal navigation gear installed at the sea (35°50 32 seconds northwest of the breakwater, east 126°30 66 seconds of the east east 35°50 east, east 126.30 east east).

Accordingly, the defendant carried out coastal fisheries without permission.
