Punishment of the crime

At around 08:47, May 3, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a permit to fish in the Gunsan-si, North Korea, was engaged in an unauthorized coastal self-fishing net fishery by setting three breadths of fishing gear at sea at 0.1 nautical miles (North Korea’s 36.00% and 400 east 126.44 meast 925 seconds) south of the river gate of the Geum-gu, Simsan-si, Simsan-si, Simsan-si.
