A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2016, the Defendant: (a) operated a main store in the name of “C” with the name of “C,” a resident who borrowed the name of “B”; (b) obtained a resident registration certificate, seal, and certificate of seal imprint; and (c) opened a passbook in the name of a woman; and (d) used that the Defendant kept the resident registration certificate of B in the name of “C,” and used it to receive a credit card under

1. Forging a private document;

A. A. On April 21, 2016, the Defendant entered the application for a credit card membership in the charge (1) around April 21, 2016, the Defendant, around April 21, 2016, at the newly established branch office of the Nonghyup Bank located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and the name of its representative, “C”, “B” in the name of its representative, and “B” in the name of its principal office address column, and then arbitrarily signed the application form for a credit card membership.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a copy of a credit card application in the name of private document B, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

(2) The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) above, indicated the “B” on the “B” column of the letter of consent to the personal information essential to be kept there for the purpose of exercising it at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) above, respectively, and signed on the name side of the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged four pages of the consent letter of personal information in the name of private document B, which is a private document.

B. On April 29, 2016, the phrase “Seoul 2017 April 29, 2017” is a clerical error in the phrase “Seoul 2016 April 29, 2016,” and it is corrected.

(1) On April 29, 2016, the Defendant is in the name column of the application form for a credit card membership, which is kept for the purpose of exercising at the 394 No. 394 branch office in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu.
