A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

A. In the process of carrying out as if B, the customer information, which is an essential customer information related to the new issuance of credit cards, was written on the application form for the membership of the credit card company at the above company bank, i.e., Q loan in Daejeon ***** e-mail: V, 1 floor of the Daejeon-gu building C, Daejeon-gu, Seoul: 1st floor of the workplace address: B, resident registration number: P, resident registration number, and settlement account: W: so that the said employee may enter the Internet credit card subscription form in order to make it possible for the company to enter the Internet credit card subscription form, and then use the electronic records as above.

2) On February 12, 2018, the Defendant visited the Internet X card application site at the same place as around February 12, 201, and 1-c. 1)

As described in paragraph (1), “self-resident address”, which is essential customer information related to new issuance of a credit card, was entered into the Dong-gu Q loan ****) and “B mobile phone: T and mobile phone: U for the purpose of facilitating access to the Internet credit card by means of entering each “T and mobile phone”, and subsequently, the electronic records, which were electronic records of the company B, on rights and duties, were submitted to the company X card, and were exercised as above.

3) On February 15, 2018, the Defendant visited the Internet Y Card application site at the same place as around February 15, 201, and 1-c. 1)

As described in paragraph B, “names: B, resident number: P, settlement account: Z, and address: Daejeon Dong-gu Qlet ****** : Workplace name: an applicant for issuance of a Y card in the name of electronic records, electronic records pertaining to rights and obligations, for the purpose of causing the Internet subscription affairs, by entering each of “D, Dong-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, AA, and 1st floor” into the Internet and making the electronic records recorded above into the Y card.
