A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Purchasing marijuana;

A. At around 16:20 on December 27, 2018, Defendant B and B agreed to purchase marijuana by bearing half of the purchase cost of marijuana, and the Defendant transferred 350,244 won to a seller of marijuana on the name-free, he/she became aware of through the Csite (D) and purchased marijuana from the Japanese Won at Ansan-si, with collection of approximately 3g of marijuana from around 20,000 to May 26, 2019 as listed in the list of the following crimes:

On December 27, 2018, 16:20 on December 27, 2018, 16:20 on the date, time, method, and quantity of purchase for committing the crime, the hemp seller was remitted to the bitcoin in the name-free statement that he/she became aware of through D, and the place designated by him/her was collected from the 3g 350,244 on March 21, 2019:48 around 3g 432,9023 on May 20:26, 2019, the "F" in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 4g 59,705 total 10g 1,342,851 on May 20, 2019.

B. On June 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) remitted bitcos equivalent to KRW 450,364 to a seller of marijuana in the name-free hemp that he/she became aware of via C site (D); (b) purchased marijuana by collecting approximately 3gs from Seoul or Yangyang; and (c) purchased and sold approximately 57gs of marijuana from May 1, 2019 to May 22:48, 2019 as indicated in the following list of crimes.

On June 1, 2017: around 20:48 on June 1, 2017, the amount of money purchased for the method of committing the crime. The money was remitted to the seller of the hemp on his/her name and inorganic acquired through Seoul or Ansan D; around 3g 450,364 on August 10, 201, at the place designated by him/her, the collection of the hemp was 4g 550,23 4g 23 on November 5, 2017; around 14:07: 4g 60,416 7: 08: 207, Seoul or Ansan around 16:397, 5g, 57, 590; or around 208: 207, Seoul or 5g around 2017; or around 208: 29:47, May 25, 2017;
