A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

B. On September 12, 2019, the Defendant, around 06:11 on September 12, 2019, remitted the price for marijuana to the name-free persons, 0.0304BTC. On September 12, 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana in a manner of finding 3ggs of marijuana concealed in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D office around September 12, 2019.

C. On September 19, 2019, the Defendant, around 22:11 on September 19, 2019, remitted the price for marijuana to the name-free persons, 0.03BTC, and on September 19, 2019, purchased marijuana in a manner of finding 3g of marijuana concealed in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu D (Seoul) around September 19, 2019.

On October 18, 2019, around 09:44 on October 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) remitted the hemp amount to 0.0197BTC; (b) sent the hemp amount to 0.0197BTC on October 22, 2019; (c) purchased the hemp amount to 0.0205BTC on October 22, 2019; and (d) then purchased the hemp amount to 2 or 2 or 2 or 2 or 2 or more g or more g or more of the amount of the hemp amount to 0.0205BTC on October 22, 2019.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A.
