A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

27,887,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The above additional collection shall be reasonable.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 168"

1. On March 29, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 10,50,00 from B and C upon the request to request the crypter for marijuana from B and C, and received the remittance of KRW 10,000,000 from the Defendant. On the same day at around 14:48 of the same day, the Defendant connected the “D” to the “D”, a sales site of narcotics, using the “dyer”, and remitted the amount of KRW 1,550,00 to the seller of narcotics, etc., and the next day.

3. From 30:01:43 around 30. 01:43, the seller has been holding about 7g of marijuana (the product name “brug above flaps”) which the seller conceals in buildings located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu.

On March 30, 2018, at around 21:40, the Defendant provided approximately 6g of the foregoing 7g of Seongdong-gu Seoul F Building, and approximately 1g of the hemp in Category G, respectively, to Category B, and approximately 1g to Category C.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold marijuana to B and C.

2. On April 2, 2018, at around 11:36, the Defendant received 300,000 won from C to the IB bank account in the name of his own mother (the number: J) and then forwarded 300,000 won to the seller of narcotics, etc. in connection with D, and transferred 300,000 won to the seller of the narcotics, etc., and 27,000 won, at around 21:0 on the same day, the Defendant dried 30,000 won to C from the F Building G, which is a place referred to in paragraph (1) of the same Article.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold marijuana to C.

3. On April 5, 2018, at around 17:07, the Defendant received KRW 450,00 from C to the I bank account in the name of the above H, and then transferred 4.50,000 won to the seller of narcotics in connection with D, and around 20:28 on the same day, he/she transferred 4.50,00 won to the seller of narcotics in contact with D, and around 20:28, he/she had approximately 3 g of marijuana concealed by the seller in the vicinity of the commercial building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu.

4.6. 21:00 p.m., F Building G, the place of which is the same as paragraph 1, sound about 3g of the above hemp.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold marijuana to C.

4. On April 16, 2018, the Defendant is from C around 12:28.
