Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was elected to the president of the Saemaul Bank C in the 19th Pream Port C (the term of office from August 23, 2015), and D was a candidate for the 19th president election, who was the president of the Saemaul Bank C in the 18th Pol Port C (the term of office until August 22, 2015).

No person shall disseminate any false fact (including educational background) about the relevant candidate or slander him/her by openly pointing out a fact with the intention of having him/herself or a specific person elected as an executive of a Saemaul Treasury or preventing him/her from being elected as an executive of a credit cooperative.

However, on June 9, 2015, the Defendant registered as a candidate for the election of the president of the Saemaul Bank C in South-gu, Seoul as a candidate for the election of the president of the Saemaul Bank C in the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, the Defendant entered the following false fact: (i) the Defendant completed the three-month curriculum established by the Korean Labor Education Center and H management graduate school, which is a three-month curriculum established by the F high school, G university, and H management graduate school; and (ii) the fact in the same election campaign bulletin was 4.0% in the year 2012 in which D was working as the president, 3.0% in March 2013, 2014, and 6% in April 6, 2014 in the absence of the distribution of dividends.
