[Defendant A] Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

However, this judgment has become final and conclusive against Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

(a) No one shall provide money, valuables, entertainment, other property benefits, or a public or private job to any member or his/her family members for the purpose of having him/her or a specific person elected as an executive of a credit cooperative;

The Defendant, who was a candidate for the election of the president of E, who was implemented on February 2, 2018, from the “G Rice Session” located in F in Jinnam-si, Jinnam-si, on January 14, 2018 to B, who was the elector in the election of the president of the above credit cooperative, as the representative of E, requested a list at the election of the president.

At the end, a cash of 1 million won was issued when filing an appeal for support for the defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant provided money for the purpose of getting himself elected as an officer of the credit cooperative.

(b) No person door to door shall visit any member door (including the places of business) or gather any specific place during the period prescribed by the articles of incorporation of a Saemaul credit cooperative (including the period from 70 days before the expiration of the term of office of the Saemaul credit cooperative to the election day) with intent to have him/her or a specific person elected as an executive of a credit cooperative or fail to be elected;

At around 11:00 on January 14, 2018, the Defendant found “G rice council”, the place of business of the above B, and requested support from the representative B, and visited the representative’s workplace seven times in total, as shown in the list of crimes, by January 2018.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of getting himself to be elected as an officer of the credit cooperative, was put on the door of the member from December 7, 2017, which was 70 days before the expiration date of the term of office of the chairman to February 2, 2018.

2. No defendant B, etc. shall receive money, valuables, or entertainment provided for the purpose of having himself/herself or a specific person elected as an executive of a credit cooperative or preventing him/her from being elected;

On January 14, 2018, at around 11:00, the Defendant’s “G Rice Council” operated by the Defendant, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1(a).
