A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Upon receipt of a request from B on March 11, 2019, the Defendant received KRW 80,000 from B to C’s Nonghyup Bank account (D) used by the Defendant at around 16:49 on the same day, and around the same day, around the first day of the F convenience point in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E, 2.50,000 won in cash to G, and 1g of the philop, which was contained in a single-use injection machine, around the same day, the Defendant arranged to trade the philop from B in the front of the Defendant’s residence in the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H and the third floor at around the same day.

At a same day, the Defendant’s vehicle parked in front of the F convenience point located in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
